Jarvis was transferred to KOSDAQ on November 15, 2019 from the Korea Exchange KONEX market.

Thanks to the shareholders who have trusted and waited for so long, Jarvis will be able to continue to grow.

This is information regarding the submission of our Q1 2021 report.

The deadline for submitting quarterly reports of KOSDAQ-listed companies is 45 days after the end of the quarter until May 17, 2021.

It must be submitted to the Financial Services Commission and the Exchange.

However, Jarvis said, "If the first quarterly report of the consolidation standard is submitted for the first time, it can be submitted within 60 days of the period only for the first business year (2020) and the next business year (2021).

Therefore, we inform you that the due date for submitting our report for the first quarter of 2021 is May 31, 2021.
